This provided her with great knowledge, understanding and insight into the workings of supply cover. Her experience within this role has underpinned the service she offers schools and appreciates that clear communication, promptness and quality are paramount.

Charlotte is a keen sportswoman regularly competing at netball, cricket and rounders, and also enjoys taking part in Fitsteps as she is a fan of Strictly Come Dancing. As a season ticket holder at Exeter City she loves to cheer on the Grecians on a Saturday afternoon and if it’s not match day then she loves spending quality time with her family and friends in Leominster.
